Being creative is my sustenance. It keeps me centered, attentive, and tethered to myself. Sharing what I create is a wish. It's throwing my arms open, increasing my circle, and wanting to connect. Art helps me figure out the world and my place in it. If life is a garden, the pen is my shovel; paint is the dirt…… words and images are seeds planted with intention and hope. I will share the bounty, at its worst bitter and rotten, and at its best juicy, sweet, and glorious. 

You are my people. If I don't know you, we can share these pages and make a connection. If I do know you, may the sharing make our connection deeper. I will lay myself out; that's the purpose, being raw and real, and I will honor it. I will show up for us, I will read responses, I will answer questions, and I will be open because that's the point. I will make an effort toward love - the purpose of life. 

The woods, that's my home. I live with my husband among the trees. We are nestled in the mountains of North Idaho, living out a vow we made to one another many years ago when we first fell in love. We raised our two  children here, all of us have these trees and trails embedded in our DNA.
